Natural Family Planning
Natural Family Planning (NFP) is a modern, scientific method of fertility control. It is based on the ability to determine the naturally-occurring fertile and infertile times in a woman’s menstrual cycle by detecting certain body changes which occur around the time of ovulation.

NFP is 100% natural, 100% safe, and has no health risks. Modern NFP methods are 99% effective in postponing pregnancy. NFP is not the Rhythm Method and works for irregular cycles, when breastfeeding, during pre-menopause, as well as when having difficulty becoming pregnant.

Most couples report that NFP has a positive effect on their marriages. More passion, greater respect, increased confidence, better communication are common testimonies from NFP marriages. Incredibly, the divorce rate among NFP using couples is less than 2%.

NFP is available in classes or privately with a choice of methods. Couple participation is one of the strongest benefits and recommendations of NFP; however, all will be welcome to the sessions.

For class schedule, registration and/or information for NFP, please visit NJNFP or please call Damon Owens, 973-497-4325 or email NFP@RCAN.ORG
