A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Nov. 5 at Saint Michael Villa, Englewood Cliffs, for Sister Elizabeth Mullen, C.F.S.P., 82, who died Nov. 2.
 
Born in Dalkey, County Dublin, Ireland, she is a graduate of Seton Hall University, South Orange, and received her master’s degree from Marywood University, Scranton, PA.
 
Sr. Elizabeth ministered at Saint Mary Parish, Dumont, for 19 years first as a teacher and 16 years as pastoral associate. In 2004, she retired to Englewood Cliffs and continued to volunteer with the pastoral care team at Holy Name Hospital, Teaneck, until 2008.
