State Children's Chorus and Chamber Music Society to Perform at the Cathedral The New Jersey State Children's Chorus and New Jersey Chamber Music Society (NJCMS) will sing at the next performance in the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart, 89 Ridge St, Newark, NJ. Part of the 1999-2000 Cathedral Concert Series, the show will be Sunday March 19, at 4 p.m. The society has performed all over the world, including Austria, Switzerland and France. The members have appeared on Great Performances, aired on PBS and the National Public Radio's Performances Today. Known throughout the United States, NJCMS have been recognized ten times by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts for exhibiting the highest standards of excellence in artistry, administration and public benefit.
