Office of Music Ministries Offers Candlelight Carol Sing
CD The Cathedral Basilica glowed with the Christmas Spirit at the Annual Candlelight Carol Sing as over 2,000 attendees joined in the celebration as they sang favored Christmas hymns. A Christmas tradition for over 30 years, the Cathedral Basilica was set aglow with candlelight when everyone joined in the traditional performance of Silent Night. The Annual Candlelight Carol Sing is the most anticipated event of the Archdiocese’s Annual Cathedral Concert Series. This year’s event promises to offer more of the traditional favorites of the Christmas season at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart, 89 Ridge St., Newark, on Tuesday, December 10, 8 p.m. The 31st Annual Carol Sing: Christmas at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart is available for $15 per disc.
