COOPERATIVE ADMISSIONS EXAMINATION PROGRAM for
CATHOLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS

SECONDARY SCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESS
for students seeking admission into 9th Grade for September 2008

Nearly 7,000 students sat for the annual Cooperative Admissions Examination (COOP) administered on Friday, 9 November 2007 and Saturday, 17 November 2007.

On Saturday, 2 February 2008, the 34 Catholic secondary schools registered 3,700 students for the Class of 2012.

Parents and students who may not have participated in the COOP examination program, desirous of a Catholic secondary school education, are now asked to contact the school(s) of interest to determine the testing and registration procedures to be followed. Generally, secondary schools will administer a special edition of the COOP examination at specified times throughout the next few months.
