June 26 - PM 101 Simple: This one day leadership retreat will start our new Simple Peer Ministry Training for Catholic Leaders. It will be followed by a Challenge Course Day, A Closing Retreat, and 1 session a week for 8 weeks over the summer.

July 24 - PM 101 Challenge Day: This is the Challenge Course Practical Leadership Skills Day.

August 14 - 22 - World Youth Day in Cologne, Germany.

August 26-28 - PM101 Retreat: This will be the closing retreat for the PM101 training. It will culminate the summer sessions by presenting the ìWHYî and end with a commissioning mass.

October 9 - Hand In Hand: This is classic favorite is a fun filled day for everyone. Youth groups will volunteer to run game booths and lead around handicapped children ìHand In Hand.î Are you ready to host a game?

October 23 - Recognition Sunday: Show your teens and volunteers how much you appreciate them with an honoree mass at the Cathedral. It is a great way to show teens that Christian Leadership is rewarded.

October 27-30 - NCYC: The National Catholic Youth Conference in Atlanta, GA is always a hit with the inspirational speakers and publisher trade booths.

November 11-13 - Cross Roads Retreat: This retreat is designed to reach High School Freshman and Sophomores that are at the cross roads in their lives where they are looking to find God for direction. It is a great way to help younger youth group members enter and deepen their spirituality.

December 10 - Youth Worker Day Retreat: This day is designed with you in mind. During the Season of Advent while you are preparing for Christmas, why not take time out to be ministered to? Youth Workers includes Priests, Religious, Youth Ministers, and Volunteers.

December 16-18 - Young Adult Search: Do you have members that have left high school and are searching for Christ in their lives? This Search is based on the same format but witnesses are designed to meet those that are in college through young 30ís whether you have been on Search or not.

2006

January 8 - Youth Fest 2006: Itís back! The format of the popular Youth Fest is back! Bring your teens to this day of workshops, key note speakers, fun, and praising worship and they will never forget it.

January 27-29 - Crusaders for Christ: This new retreat is offered to teenagers in High School who are looking to refresh their faith and join the unity of Catholics. The model for this retreat will be a highbred version of Search and Antioch.

February 5 - C.H.A.O.S.: The Middles School rally is also back and still known as Christ Here At Our Side. Based on demand, this will be the beginning of other middle school events.

February 24-26 - Archdiocesan Ski Trip: The annual ski trip is here again! It may be fun to plan your own trip but think of the benefits: No minimums to worry about, negotiations done for you, and your teens continue to bond with other teens realizing they are part of the larger church!

February 28 - Calendar Meeting 2006

March 17-19 - Youth Search: It is Search, do we need to say more? This life changing experience is still our most popular retreat format that everyone can benefit from. It is designed for those mature Sophomores that have already been on a retreat or Juniors and Seniors that are still searching to deepen their relationship with Christ.

April 8 - Cotillion Ball: This tentatively sets the return of our semi formal event. Join us for fun, dinner, dancing, and some awards to again show your appreciation of the teens you work with.

April 8-9 - Ropes Retreat: You may know we have a Challenge Course, but did you know it could be used for an overnight retreat? We are now offering an opportunity for teens from parishes to come and spend a weekend of fun while learning about their faith.

April 14 - Rally in the Valley: Good Friday may be the saddest day in history and this rally is made for teenagers to remember this day appropriately with a living public portrayal of the Stations of the Cross.

April 28-30 - Rejoice 2006: This retreat is really a Prayer Rally! Centered on the Eucharist, we will have praise and worship, key note speakers, the rosary, and plenty of fun as we set our focus on the risen Christ during Easter.

May 5-7 - Cross Training: After attending any of our other retreats or a significant parish retreat, high school teens and college freshman are ready to be trained by the cross to find the Holy Spirit and take retreating to the next step.

May 12-13 - Youth Workersí Covenant: Another opportunity for you to be ministered to as you refresh your covenant with God and His people. This Easter overnight will have a directed contemplative style that will leave room for plenty of discussions and prayer for Priest, Religious, Directors, and volunteers alike.

May 21 - NJ State Catholic Youth Rally @ Great Adventure: At the low unbelievable price you get parking, safari entrance, park entrance, lunch, opening session, closing mass, and a free return ticket good for the whole season! What better way to celebrate Catholic Youths is there?
