National Migration Month Special Liturgy

January is National Migration Month and this year’s theme is “A Stranger and You Welcomed Me.” In a special way the Holy Father wanted to call attention to the needs of migrants throughout the world in this Year of Mercy.

We wanted to invite you, immigrants within your parishes, and all who serve our immigrant brothers and sisters, to a special liturgy on Sunday, January 24th at noon in the Cathedral Basilica. We will join together in prayer with people throughout our country and world for the just treatment of migrants during this Year of Mercy.
